Almost 20 years ago Chad Pilon started working for the injured in the legal field. At first, he assisted world class trial attorneys to organize and understand thousands of documents in a complex toxic pollution case against one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers, where he learned lessons not taught in law school – integrity means everything. While earning a Master’s Degree at Florida State University, Chad gained an invaluable understanding of justice, fairness, and what that means to injured individuals within the legal system. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Chad participated in the Law Review, a prestigious and coveted academic position, and graduated in the top 10% of the school.

For the past 16 years, Chad Pilon has had the benefit and honor to ONLY represent those who have been injured because of the negligence and fault of others. He has spent numerous years representing families who have lost a loved one, or watched them suffer in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or at the hands of their doctors or nurses. He continued on to help people injured as the result of dangerous products, premises liability, and accidents involving semi-trucks, motorcycles, and cars. Too many families are destroyed or uprooted because of the carelessness of others – and Chad has helped them all. He has NEVER represented insurance companies or big corporations.

Today, Chad Pilon uses his experience as a lawyer, counsel, and advocate to make a difference with the integrity and service that is expected of someone who calls themselves an attorney. It is an obligation that he has worked his entire life to achieve. Chad continues to dedicate his daily work to ensuring every person, business, and family he represents gets the individual and unique attention to their case they deserve.
